Job summary

SG Oasis in Navi Mumbai is seeking a proactive operations professional to drive customer satisfaction, supplier management, and contract performance across the mall ecosystem. You will monitor customer metrics, manage vendor records, and support marketing initiatives to enhance shopper experiences.

You'll also oversee contract compliance, MIS reporting, and safety practices, developing deep insights into shopper attitudes and behaviors while coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring

Responsibilities

• Understanding factors influencing customer satisfaction & dissatisfaction
• Monitoring RSI & CSI to identify changes in customer preferences
• Identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction
• Benchmarking RSI and CSI
• Maintain records for key Vendors for continuous evaluation based on delivery, quality and costs
• Reviewing Vendor performance and taking corrective actions to ensure timeliness and quality of supplies
• Participating in the Development of Customer or Channel Specific Marketing Strategies
• Customer Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Contractual terms and conditions, Contract terminology Preparation of Contract documents
• Monitor performance against contracts
• Timely and accurate reporting of Departments performance
• Developing an intimate knowledge of shoppers Attitudes and Behavior
