Job summary

Orange Health in Bengaluru is seeking an Operations Executive to own order processing, booking requests, and customer coordination, ensuring accurate schedules and timely deliverables while maintaining strong patient and doctor experiences.

The role requires clear communication, multitasking across orders, adherence to SLAs, and willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends, in a fast-paced healthcare diagnostics environment.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of healthcare/lab diagnostic services is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet defined SLAs.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays, as perbusiness requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle booking requests and ensure orders are scheduled accurately and within the defined SLA.
• Coordinate with customers, BDs, and other internal teams for smooth order processing.
• Make outbound calls to customers for booking confirmation, and other order-related requirements.
• Handle incoming booking chats/calls and provide accurate information regarding tests & pricing.
• Follow up on pending, unscheduled, or incomplete orders and ensure timely closure.
• Ensure all activities are performed as per the defined SOPs, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Achieve individual productivity, conversion, SLA, quality, and other assigned performance targets.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive experience for doctors and customers.
