Digifinn is seeking a diligent back-office professional to manage KYC verifications and client onboarding for individual and corporate investors, ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will create and maintain security master data for bonds, update ISIN and coupon details, and verify information against official sources.

Additionally, you will handle transaction records, reconciliation, and post‑issuance activities, while following SOPs and maintaining audit trails.

Mansioni

• Handle KYC verification and client onboarding for individual and corporate investors.
• Verify PAN, Aadhaar, address proof, bank details and other required documents.
• Ensure KYC compliance as per applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients for pending or incomplete documentation.
• Maintain accurate KYC records and ensure timely updates/re-KYC.
• Create and maintain security master data for bonds and other fixed-income securities.
• Update ISIN, issuer details, coupon rate, maturity date, face value, credit rating, interest payment dates and other security attributes.
• Verify security information against official/authorized sources.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of new issuances, corporate actions and changes in security details.
• Maintain transaction records, reports and reconciliation statements.
• Assist in processing interest/coupon payments, maturity proceeds and other bond-related activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and maintain proper documentation.
• Follow internal SOPs and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate audit trails and operational records.
• Identify discrepancies and escalates exceptions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

KYC & Client Onboarding
