Job summary

Grip Invest is seeking a detail-oriented Back Office professional to manage operations and ensure SEBI-compliant processes for depository, KYC, and client onboarding across exchanges. You will coordinate settlements, trade processing, reconciliations, and reporting of funds and holdings while maintaining internal controls and collaborating with Compliance and vendor teams to resolve system issues.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of relevant SEBI-broking experience, with NISM VI certification

Qualifications

• Graduate with 2+ years of experience in a SEBI registered Broking entity
• NISM VI certification holder
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word and back-office software is required
• Knowledge of SEBI regulations around broking entities

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-office operations incl. DP with NSDL, KYC, CKYC, and UCC creation across exchanges
• Process settlements of exchange funds/securities pay-in/pay-outs, margins for NSE/BSE
• Perform trade processing, stock reconciliations, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting of funds and holdings
• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and internal controls
• Coordinate with Compliance Manager and back-office vendor for system resolutions
• Interact with clients to resolve queries and generate reports; inter-department coordination

Role & responsibilities

Manage the Back Office Operations including

• Depository Participant Operations for NSDL o KYC account opening process, KRA, CKYC o Creation of Client UCC in all exchanges,


• Settlement of exchange funds / securities pay-in pay outs, margins, for NSE, BSE.


• Trade processing, stock reconciliations, reporting of funds, holdings on daily, weekly / monthly uploads,


• Ensuring compliance requirements as per SEBI Regulations.


• Implementation of internal controls and process to smoother operations


• Co-ordinate with and support the Compliance Manager

with all relevant information and audits/ queries.

• Co-ordinating with Back-office vendor to resolve system.


• Interacting with clients for resolving queries/ reporting etc.


• Inter-department co-ordination.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for an experienced professional with 2-4 years of experience in the relevant field.Only candidates with work experience in a SEBI registered Broking entity will be considered.

Experience
