Job summary

Teamone Financial Services in Pune seeks an Operations Executive – Mutual Funds to manage mutual fund transactions, client onboarding, and documentation. The role supports Relationship Managers, ensures timely execution, and maintains accurate records.

The candidate will handle onboarding, KYC/CKYC, FATCA, and related documentation, coordinate with AMCs/RTAs, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in mutual fund operations with hands-on knowledge of NSE NMF II transactions.
• Good understanding of mutual fund operational processes and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute mutual fund transactions accurately through NSE NMF II and other platforms.
• Process purchases, redemptions, SIPs, STPs, SWPs, switches, and other investor transactions.
• Handle client onboarding, KYC, CKYC, FATCA, nomination, and related documentation.
• Ensure timely execution of all transactions while maintaining high accuracy and service standards.
• Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, and Relationship Managers for smooth transaction processing.
• Maintain client records, documentation, and MIS reports.
• Resolve operational queries and provide prompt support to RM and clients.
• Follow internal SOPs and ensure compliance with regulatory and company processes.
