Job summary

TAOTEL Hospitality LLP seeks an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day OTA and hotel operations from our Kolkata office. You will work closely with hotel owners, revenue managers, and OTA partners to maximize hotel performance.

The role involves updating rates and inventory, onboarding new hotels, and generating regular reports while ensuring smooth coordination with Sales and Revenue teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; Hotel Management preferred.
• 0–3 years in Hospitality, Hotel Operations, Reservations or Revenue Management.
• Experience with OTA Extranets is a plus.
• Knowledge of PMS and Channel Managers is preferred.
• Good communication in English, Hindi and Bengali.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage OTA Extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Expedia, Cleartrip, Yatra, etc.).
• Update room rates, inventory, promotions and restrictions.
• Coordinate with hotel owners and staff on daily operational needs.
• Monitor bookings, cancellations and availability.
• Resolve OTA mapping, reservation and connectivity issues.
• Support new hotel onboarding and OTA activation.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with Sales and Revenue teams for smooth execution.
• Follow SOPs and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain high standards of communication with clients and internal teams.

TAOTEL Hospitality LLP is looking for a passionate Operations Executive to manage day‑to‑day OTA and hotel operations. The candidate will work closely with hotel owners, revenue managers, and OTA partners to maximize hotel performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage OTA Extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Expedia, Cleartrip, Yatra, etc.)
• Update room rates, inventory, promotions and restrictions.
• Coordinate with hotel owners and hotel staff on daily operational requirements.
• Monitor bookings, cancellations and availability.
• Resolve OTA mapping, reservation and connectivity issues.
• Support new hotel onboarding and OTA activation.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Revenue teams for smooth execution.
• Follow SOPs and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain high standards of communication with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Hotel Operations, Reservations or Revenue Management.
• Experience working on OTA Extranets will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of PMS and Channel Managers is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Quick learner with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hotels simultaneously.
• Comfortable working from our Kolkata office.
