Job Title: Business Support Executive (BSE)

Organization: Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI)

Location: Delhi / Gurgaon

Educational Qualification:- The candidate must possess a bachelors degree in any subject from any recognized University / Institution recognized by GOI / UGC/ AICTE at the time of engagement. Preference shall be given to those candidates who possess the degree of B.Com / M. Com / CS (Inter) / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter), MCA, MBA etc. from a recognized university at the time of engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• As per the extant scheme guidelines, the BSEs are to be essentially aligned with the Industry Associations (IAs') / Business Member Organisations (BMOs) for their handholding and other allied activities.
• BSEs to assist IAs in dispensing with its various support and functional services and provide hand-holding support to the officials of the IAs as well as its members.
• BSEs to cater to the business requirements of IAs members only and their lead management.
• The Business Support Executive (BSE) will be deployed at Business Member Organisations (BMOs) designated office premises to provide hands‑on operational support, process guidance, and training to BMO officials and staff.

Others :

• a) Be stationed at the designated BMO office premises as an on‑site support resource.
• b) Provide hand‑holding and operational support to BMO officials and team members on assigned processes.
• c) Conduct training sessions for office bearers and staff to ensure proper understanding and execution of processes.
• d) Assist BMO teams in process adherence, clarification, and improvement.
• e) Support process intervention activities, including transition support, stabilization, and enhancements.
• f) Facilitate knowledge transfer and skill enhancement of BMO staff.

Work Experience: No prior work experience is required. However, weightage will be given to candidates who has work experience in banking / financial domain / industry association / developmental projects / corporates.
