About the role

• You will support the management and execution of fleet operations across our logistics network.
• Monitor linehaul operations to track vehicle utilization and the movement of shipments in real time.
• Identify operational delays and inefficiencies by reviewing performance against established metrics.
• Work with transportation partners and cross-functional internal teams to resolve issues and keep operations on track.
• Examine operational data to uncover opportunities for improving logistics efficiency and reducing costs.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen delivery performance and customer experience.

What you'll work on

• Daily oversight of fleet and logistics execution, ensuring smooth coordination across all moving parts.
• Data collection and analysis to spot trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
