Job summary

LUCKY-TECH Membranes Pvt. Ltd. in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, is seeking an Operations Executive to manage day‑to‑day ERP operations, invoicing, and coordination across production, stores, logistics, sales, accounts, and dispatch.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field, 1–2 years in operations or logistics, strong Excel skills, GST invoicing, and attention to detail; freshers may be considered. Working hours are 11:00 AM–8:00 PM with a Friday weekly off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics Coordination, ERP Operations, Manufacturing Support, or a similar role.
• Freshers with strong analytical skills and excellent coordination abilities may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices through the ERP system.
• Generate e-Invoices (IRP) and e-Way Bills accurately and on time.
• Coordinate production schedules based on orders and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Logistics, Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor order status from receipt to dispatch and follow up on pending activities.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documentation before shipment.
• Maintain operational records, ERP data, and MIS reports.
• Ensure accuracy in invoicing and documentation while complying with statutory requirements.
• Assist in inventory coordination and dispatch planning.
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes.

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate between multiple departments, ensure timely documentation, generate invoices through the ERP system, and assist in production planning and dispatch coordination.

The role requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices through the ERP system.

• Generate e-Invoices (IRP) and e-Way Bills accurately and on time.

• Coordinate production schedules based on customer orders and delivery commitments.

• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Logistics, Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Monitor order status from receipt to dispatch and proactively follow up on pending activities.

• Prepare and verify dispatch documentation before shipment.

• Maintain operational records, ERP data, and MIS reports.

• Perform any other operational responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications

• Freshers with strong analytical skills and excellent coordination abilities may also be considered.

• Understanding of GST invoicing, e-Invoice (IRP), and e-Way Bill generation.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
