Kardex India Private Limited is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our Life Cycle service Team in the role of Operations executive, to be based in Bangalore, India. This is a Full Time Position, which reports to the Director – Life Cycle Service.**Your tasks****Contract Lifecycle Management:**You'll manage the complete contract lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive maintenance services. A key focus is to prevent revenue loss by ensuring all contract terms are met, and all services are accurately invoiced using SAP.**Operations & Logistics:**A primary responsibility is to efficiently schedule and dispatch maintenance visits, coordinating with Field Service Managers to optimize staff allocation and minimize customer downtime. You'll use a machine database to track and manage all equipment, including those under warranty.**Stakeholder Communication:**You'll be the central hub for communication, providing high-level updates to the Life Cycle Service team and other key stakeholders.
