Vertiv Group Corporation is seeking a Procurement Excellence and Operation Specialist in Maharashtra to optimize day-to-day purchasing workflows and ensure ERP data integrity across material streams.

The role focuses on end-to-end lifecycle management of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, balancing stock availability with carrying costs to maintain seamless supply continuity and drive process improvements through analytics tools like Power BI and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
• Optimize daily purchasing workflows and data integrity in ERP systems.
• Implement and support global programs like RTB-CTB, Kinaxis Mestro & Inventory management.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve tickets, and drive continuous improvement.
• Bridge strategic objectives with tactical execution to prevent supply disruptions.

Job description

A Procurement Excellence and Operation Specialist manages and optimizes day-to-day purchasing workflows, ensures data integrity in ERP systems, drives continuous process improvements, and bridges strategic objectives with tactical execution to prevent supply chain disruptions. Candidate should oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods, balancing stock availability against carrying costs to ensure seamless operational continuity.

Process Optimization: Execute continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational bottlenecks or ticket requests.

Implementation and execution of global programs like RTB-CTB, Kinaxis Mestro & Inventory management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), procurement platforms, Advance excel, Power BI, AI tools and Deep familiarity with plant-floor inventory logic.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication
