Job summary

Amazon India Limited, Manager II, ACES, Ops Excellence, is seeking a results-driven professional to join the Under the Roof (UTR) ACES team within Ops Excellence. The role focuses on streamlining processes in Micro Fulfillment Centers (MFCs) and using data to drive quality improvements.

You will audit processes, identify root causes, and partner with ground operations and site leadership to implement workflow enhancements that reduce waste and improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a technical field.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Are you a results-driven professional who thrives on improving how work gets done? We are looking for a Manager II to join our Under the Roof (UTR) ACES team within Amazon's Ops Excellence organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining processes and building mechanisms through data and metric evaluation in our Micro Fulfillment Centers (MFCs). You will work closely with ground operations stakeholders to identify quality gaps, remove barriers, and deliver meaningful results. A day in the life

You start your day reviewing MFC operational metrics and identifying quality trends that need attention. From there, you connect with ground operations stakeholders to align on priorities and share progress on active improvement projects. You spend time conducting process audits, analyzing data to uncover root causes, and partnering with site leadership to implement workflow enhancements. You wrap up by documenting findings and preparing updates for leadership.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field
