Job summary

Bakshi Security And Personnel Services is seeking an Ex-Serviceman to join our core office management team in Mumbai Suburban. You will bridge our ground guard force, field operations, and corporate/residential clients, leading with discipline and professionalism.

The role requires leadership under pressure, strong client-handling skills, and the ability to command respect while maintaining office operations. Ex-military background is mandatory for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of corporate security management or administrative operations after military retirement.
• Regional language proficiency (Hindi/Marathi) alongside basic working knowledge of English.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, email reporting) to manage office operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to balance authority with diplomacy when dealing with clients.
• Must be an Ex-Serviceman from the Indian Armed Forces.

Responsibilities

• Guard Management & Discipline: Work in partnership with the ground supervisors and take ownership of the discipline, turnout, and professional performance of the site guard force.
• Guard performance evaluation, and decisively resolve disciplinary or behavioral issues.
• Design and conduct regular security drills, physical training, and operational briefings for the guards.
• Client Relations & Retention: Act as the direct single point of contact (SPOC) for corporate, industrial, and residential clients.
• Conduct regular client visits, capture service quality feedback, and ensure timely resolution of client complaints.
• Instill client confidence by displaying exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic crisis management during incidents.
• Operational Oversight: Establish and implement tight, site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate efficiently with local law enforcement/police authorities during security breaches or administrative compliance checks.
