Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for VIP students, ensuring priority handling and a premium experience.
• Coordinate directly with parents, teachers, and internal teams to schedule classes with minimal turnaround time.
• Maintain and monitor average onboarding time for VIP cases, ensuring SLA adherence at all times.
• Track onboarding progress daily and elevate pending or delayed VIP cases proactively.
• Handle escalations and sensitive parent communication with empathy and professionalism.

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our Student Onboarding team who is passionate about this role. Join our dynamic team and contribute to manage and enhance the onboarding experience for new and renewed students. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for students into our programs while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and communication.

Responsibilities

Salary: Based on experience

Shift Time: 2pm to 11pm

Week off: Any one day between Monday to Friday
