Rempact in Gurugram is seeking an Operations Associate to help build the operating system for our real estate platform. This is not a desk-only role—you’ll be on the ground with brokers, tenants and societies, learning how the rental market actually works and helping us craft the playbook from zero.
You’ll meet brokers in person, onboard them to the brand, visit offices, and gather feedback to improve our product, matching, AI and operations.
Position: Operations Associate
Location: Gurugram
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

The first product is the smartest way to rent a home in India. You tell the brand what matters once, and our AI understands your taste, searches and coordinates across a fragmented offline market, helps you see only the homes actually worth considering, and gets the transaction done, including ₹0 security deposit upfront. What takes weeks today should eventually feel like one really good afternoon.
But renting is only where we enter the relationship. Where you live quietly shapes a huge part of your life: how you commute, where you spend, which neighbourhood you become part of, how much you pay every month, and eventually where you choose to buy a home. We think AI makes it possible to build an entirely new consumer experience around that relationship, one that becomes more useful the longer someone stays with the brand.
Over time, the brand should help you rent a home, understand your housing history, know what matters around where you live, make every move easier than the last, and eventually help you buy your first home.
We’ve raised $750k from a stealth fund, whose backers include Abstract Ventures, Bain Capital and Long Journey. We are still a very small team, which means the people joining now will have an absurd amount of influence over what the brand becomes.
We’re hiring Ops Associates to help build the operating system in Gurgaon. This is not a desk-only ops role. You’ll be on the ground with brokers, tenants, societies, and the team, figuring out how the rental market actually works and helping us build the playbook from zero.
Your work will sit across broadly these areas (and many more, depending on your creativity :D):
You’ll meet brokers in person, visit their offices, onboard them to the brand, and build trust with them over time. You’ll figure out what makes brokers share good supply, what blocks them, how they think, how they can become genuinely useful for them, and what we should change in our product for them. This includes broker visits, onboarding, follow-ups, fun broker events, inventory collection, and helping us build the broker playbook for future cities.
You’ll bring real-world feedback back into the company. Why did a tenant reject a home that looked perfect on paper? Why is a broker not sharing good inventory? Which societies have access issues, parking problems, sunlight concerns, noise risk, or weird rules? Your insights will directly help improve our product, matching, AI, and operations.
You’re probably a strong fit if you are:
