MS Social is a Mumbai-based marketing agency working across movies, brands, public relations, and creative innovation.
We are looking for imaginative people who enjoy asking:
“What if this became a game?”
You will research games and culture, generate a large number of ideas, experiment with AI tools, develop the strongest concepts, and turn them into clear creative pitches.
Professional game-design experience is not required.
What matters more is:
Research games, internet culture, entertainment, brands, social behaviour, trends, and everyday experiences.
Generate original concepts across:
The goal is to explore widely before deciding which ideas deserve development.
Experiment with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and image-generation platforms.
Use AI to explore:
AI should be used as a creative thinking partner, not simply as a way to generate finished output.
Take raw ideas and turn them into clear concepts.
Each strong idea should have:

Present your strongest concepts to the team every week.
You will be expected to:
Ideas will be rejected, revised, combined, or advanced toward prototyping.

The strongest concepts move toward prototyping, testing, and further game development.
You notice unusual details, ask useful questions, and genuinely enjoy discovering how ideas, games, people, and experiences work.
You actively explore board games, card games, party games, indie games, niche games, and emerging formats—and can explain why some games are more enjoyable than others.
You can move beyond your first idea, generate multiple directions, and recognise which concepts are worth developing.
You are comfortable experimenting with prompts, references, constraints, iterations, and different AI tools rather than simply accepting generic AI output.
You have opinions about packaging, branding, names, design, internet culture, visual trends, and what people would want to share, play, or display.
You can communicate an idea clearly, share unfinished work, respond to questions, and improve your thinking without becoming defensive.
Your ideas have a distinctive hook, visual world, and player experience.
You explore widely but know which ideas to stop, combine, or advance.
Feedback results in sharper concepts, stronger mechanics, and clearer pitches.
Your strongest concepts progress from idea pitch prototype testing.
