Job summary

Athenahealth India is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Operations team in Chennai. You will work on resolving claims and tasks related to US healthcare RCM, and partner with the quality team to identify training opportunities and drive related actions.

You are curious, adept at identifying problems, and able to drive them through resolution while coordinating with BPO teams and internal stakeholders to improve workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5-7 years’ experience in fast paced environment.
• Previous experience in healthcare RCM environment, mandatory about athenahealth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex breakdowns in the process related to follow-up, denials management, payment posting, or clinical issues through root cause analysis and determine next steps for BPO teams.
• Accountable to drive workflows, directives and new work assignments with the BPO teams as SME and trainer.
• Drive process-specific calls with BPO teams to improve quality and outcomes.

We are looking for Operations Associate to join our Operations team. Your Job will be responsible for working on resolving claims and or tasks associated to US healthcare RCM.

The Team

The operations team holds accountability of critical parts of workflows of athenahealth. We execute driving key initiatives in athenaClinicals and athenaCollector by working with our customers as well as internal stakeholders.

We are responsible for leveraging the knowledge in the athenaNet platform in order to improve the product and advance our services.

Job Responsibilities
