Job summary

Techademy is seeking an Operations Intern to join the Learner Success team in Bengaluru (HSR Layout). The role is call-intensive and focuses on onboarding, re-engagement, and resolving learner queries to ensure a smooth learning journey.

You will handle high-volume outbound calls, track attendance, manage ratings and feedback, and maintain accurate records. Potential for full-time based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding calls with newly enrolled learners to guide them through the onboarding process and set them up for success.
• At-risk learner management: identify and call learners who are falling behind or disengaged, understand their concerns, and re-engage them.
• Query & issue resolution: handle learner queries and support requests via email and support channels within defined turnaround times.
• Attendance tracking: monitor missed sessions using tracking systems, follow up with learners, and document reasons for absence.
• Rating & feedback management: address learner concerns proactively to maintain high satisfaction scores; help identify and correct any inaccurate ratings.
• Reporting: maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and learner status; share periodic updates.

About the Role
