PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Manager for Investor Reporting in our Managed Services division. You will lead teams, oversee outsourced processes, and manage client accounts spanning private equity and hedge funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Total experience 8–10 years with 5 years in Investor/Financial Reporting for Private Equity or Hedge Funds.
• At least 3 years in team management or leadership roles.
• Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Review and sign off on customized Investor Reporting Templates, Quarterly and Audit Reports, and client reports on defined frequencies.
• Train new and existing Investor Reporting Specialists.
• Lead outsourced processes including client interactions, data review and quality control implementation.
• Manage escalations and queries to maintain service excellence.
• Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of managed services initiatives.
• Utilize analytics to optimize client operations and reporting processes.
• Oversee compliance auditing and contract reviews to uphold standards.
• Develop and implement quality assurance metrics to enhance delivery.
• Coach team members to improve performance and leverage strengths.
• Build and maintain client relationships to address service challenges.
• Promote innovative technologies and leading practices across managed services.

As a Managed Services - Investor Reporting - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that help organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Within our Assurance practice, you will be at the forefront of managing key processes and functions on behalf of our clients, utilizing your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver exceptional services.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will execute outsourced processes, including client and customer interaction, data review, enrichment and processing, implementing and monitoring quality controls, and resolving escalations and queries.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign off customized Investor Reporting Templates, Quarterly Reports, Audit Reports and Performance Summaries and various client reporting prepared by team members based on defined frequency (monthly, quarterly etc.) within prescribed deadlines.
• Responsible for the training of new and current Investor Reporting Specialists
• Leading the execution of outsourced processes, including client and customer interactions, data review, and quality control implementation
• Managing and resolving escalations and queries to maintain service excellence
• Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of managed services initiatives
• Utilizing analytical thinking and business process outsourcing skills to optimize client operations
• Overseeing compliance auditing and contract review to uphold professional standards
• Developing and implementing quality assurance metrics and processes to enhance service delivery
• Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address service challenges
• Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across managed services teams
• Confirming data integrity and compliance within managed services frameworks

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• 8 -10 years of Total experience with 5 years minimum relevant experience in Investor and Financial Reporting in Private Equity/Hedge Funds and 3 years of Team Management Experience with good knowledge in Finance & Reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
