Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India in Bangalore is seeking an experienced Operations Reporting & Insights Lead to drive advanced analytics on large datasets and enable data-driven decision-making. You will own reporting, dashboards, and governance materials across Tech Hub while collaborating with Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services teams to deliver impactful insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of technology operational reporting, dashboards, insights, and governance materials across Tech Hub
• Build and refine operational reporting processes to improve accuracy, consistency, efficiency, and decision support
• Develop proof of concepts and automation solutions to streamline reporting, reduce manual effort, and improve operational effectiveness
• Use AI-enabled tools and approaches to improve data analysis, reporting quality, process efficiency, and insight generation
• Apply financial acumen to incorporate relevant financial metrics into operational performance reporting and management insights
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that simplify ways of working, reduce waste, and strengthen operational disciplines
• Support preparation of high-quality presentations, papers, and reporting packs for governance forums, Technology Leadership, and other stakeholders
• Partner with Finance, Technology teams, and business stakeholders to translate operational and financial data into clear insights and recommendations
• Ensure reporting outputs, automation artefacts, and performance insights are accurate, timely, well-controlled, and aligned to leadership expectations

As an Operational Reporting & Insights Lead - Manager, you will focus on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating and developing your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations.
