Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Business/Operations/Communication.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in CI or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, DMAIC, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Experience leading improvement projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Your Background

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Communication, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading improvement projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting organizational change management and communication initiatives.
• Experience in operations, supply chain, shared services, or process excellence environments.
• Knowledge of performance management frameworks, value stream mapping, and business transformation programs.
• Exposure to global stakeholder management and cross‑functional project execution.
