Job summary

GoIntegra facility management in Chennai is seeking a Senior Manager – Operations to oversee a cluster of residential apartment communities. The role requires a dynamic, result-oriented leader with deep FM industry knowledge and the ability to drive end-to-end operations across multiple sites.

You will manage 10+ site teams, lead SLA reviews, mentor personnel, coordinate with sales for new projects, and present monthly metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• End-to-end operations management experience in facility management (FM) with P&L awareness.
• Minimum 8–15 years of FM experience; channel strong leadership in multi-site settings.
• Ability to drive improvements, mentor teams, and ensure SLA compliance across sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations for a cluster of residential communities.
• Manage 10+ site managers/direct reports and ensure site profitability and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with sales for new projects and client acquisitions; lead monthly metrics reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly scorecards to leadership; drive process improvements.
• Travel within Chennai region 30–40% for site visits and client interactions.

We are looking forSenior Manager – Operationsfor managing cluster of residential apartment communities in Chennai. We are looking for a dynamic personality with result oriented attitude, an expert in Facility Management Industry who can handle operations of the Cluster. Candidate with Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience in Facility Management Services can apply.

Required Skills:

• Facility Management: Responsible for end to end operations, including recruitment, training, reporting & SLA based operational reviews. Strong knowledge on MEP technical services areas preferred.
• People management : Mentoring, Training & Grooming people. Ability to handle manpower in an effective way and specify tasks and effective utilization of the available resource.
• Customer handling: Handling SLA & Escalation to exceed customer expectations, frequent site visit as the role is client facing.
• Leadership Skills: Supervise and coordinate all activities related to facility services, identify process improvements and delivering significant value to the customers.
• Strong Communication: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, the ability to interact credibly with all levels in an organization, tailoring communications effectively for facility managers, clients and leadership team.
• Strong Presentation Skills: Prepare monthly operation metrics, present to leadership team. Presents accomplishments at Open House meeting / AGM meeting on behalf of company.
• Business Development: Coordinate with sales team for lead generation, revenue generation, new project survey & new client acquisition.
• Project Management: Good experience in managing multiple projects, conduct regular reviews both offline/online & track the closure of action items. Present the monthly score card to Management.

Job Requirement:-

• Report to Business Head – Operations.
• Ensure maximum profitability (P&L) of the contract
• Should have managed at least 10+ facility managers directly
• Should be able to manage at least 10+ sites (residential, commercial)
• Review monthly MMR for each site & action items closuresli>
• Execute monthly random site audits
• Obtain monthly customer feedback
• Evaluate daily facility reports & take corrective actions
• End to end sites management includes operation and payment
• Work with HR to conduct training programs for key staff's
• Liaoning with government bodies
• 30 to 40% travel is required within Chennai
