Job summary

GoIntegra facility management is hiring a Facility Manager in Medavakkam, Chennai to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential apartment community. You will supervise MEP systems, manage maintenance schedules, and lead housekeeping, security, and technical teams.

You will coordinate with vendors and AMC providers, ensure SLA compliance, and produce regular operational reports while maintaining safety and resident satisfaction.
