Invigilate® in Kochi is seeking an on-site Operation Executive - Technical Support to provide frontline technical and customer support for our assessment platforms, including OMR, online, and AI-proctored solutions.

The role involves diagnosing issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve incidents, and ensuring smooth execution of examinations. You will monitor live exams, document resolutions, and assist in setup and training for clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operation Executive - Technical Support role based in Kochi. The Operation Executive will provide technical and customer support for Invigilate® assessment platforms, including OMR, online, and AI-proctored solutions, ensuring smooth execution of examinations. Responsibilities include responding to support queries, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with internal teams to resolve incidents, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves monitoring system performance during live exams, documenting issues and resolutions, supporting test center operations, and assisting in the setup, configuration, and testing of assessment environments. The Operation Executive will also contribute to process improvements, maintain accurate records, and provide basic training or guidance to clients and users on platform usage.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to handle software, hardware, and network-related issues in assessment environments.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose problems, interpret logs or reports, and recommend effective solutions.
• Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage queries, communicate clearly, and maintain a professional client experience.
• Relevant technical knowledge in computer-based testing platforms, basic networking, and operating systems will be beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure during high-stakes examinations.
• A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in technical support, operations, or exam administration environments will be an advantage.
