Job summary

Blue Dart in India is seeking to oversee the Operational and People functions within the service centre. The role focuses on monitoring staff performance, coordinating trainings for regular staff and PDAs, and ensuring adequate staffing levels in full-time and PDA terms.

The incumbent will generate and maintain MIS related to the service centre and provide direction, guidance and support to employees to help them discharge their duties effectively, contributing to a smooth operation.

• Monitor performance of staff in the Service Centre and ensure conduct of trainings for regular staff, PDAs, etc. in line with the training programmes designed centrally
• Ensure adequate manning in terms for full-time employees, PDAs etc.
• Generate and maintain MIS related to the service centre
• Provide direction, guidance and support to employees to help them discharge their duties effectively
