Job summary

Anaxee Digital Runners in Indore is seeking an proactive Operations Executive to oversee and support a team of Field Executives. You will act as a key link between on-ground operations and management, focusing on hiring, training, task assignment, performance tracking, and ensuring smooth day-to-day field operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding, coordinating with regions, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Act as reporting manager for Digital Runners (Field Executives) across regions.
• Handle end-to-end hiring for Digital Runners (Field Executives).
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for field executives.
• Assign daily/weekly tasks to Field Executives and clarify deliverables.
• Track task completion and follow-ups to meet timelines.
• Provide feedback and performance guidance to Field Executives.
• Maintain records of field operations and submit reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless communication and issue resolution.

• Provide constructive feedback and performance guidance to Field Executives.
• Maintain detailed records of field operations and submit regular reports to senior management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in field team management or operations back office support is preferred.

• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple field teams efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in sectors like retail, CSR, agriculture, or logistics.
• Proficiency in using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and project management platforms.
