Job summary

Anaxee Digital Runners Private Limited in Indore is seeking an proactive Operations Executive to oversee and support our team of Field Executives. You will serve as a key link between on-ground operations and management, focusing on hiring, training, task assignment, and performance tracking.

• Act as reporting manager for Digital Runners across regions.

• Track task completion and ensure timelines.
• Provide feedback and performance guidance.
• Maintain detailed records of field operations and submit regular reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field team management or operations back office support is preferred.
• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple field teams efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in sectors like retail, CSR, agriculture, or logistics.
