Job summary

Anaxee Digital Runners Pvt Ltd in Indore is seeking an ambitious Operations Executive to oversee and support our team of Field Executives. You will act as a bridge between on-ground operations and management, handling hiring, training, task assignment, and performance tracking.

Freshers or 1+ year experience holders are welcome. This full-time, WFO role requires a graduation in any discipline, with Hindi and English languages preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in field team management or operations back office support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple field teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the reporting manager for Digital Runners across various regions.
• Handle the end-to-end hiring process for Digital Runners (Field Executives).
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for field executives.
• Assign daily/weekly tasks to Field Executives and clarify deliverables.
• Track task completion, follow up on timelines and provide feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of field operations and submit reports to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
