Job summary

Tekskills in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP ABAP professional to design and extend RICEF components, leveraging S/4 HANA with CDS views and OData services. You will work with RAP, RESTful ABAP, and SAP BTP ABAP on Cloud to build scalable cloud-native solutions, including Fiori deployment and UI5 considerations.

The role requires hands-on development in Adobe Forms, Idocs, Proxies, and cloud-native tools, with emphasis on modern software engineering practices and version control.

Qualifications

• Strong ABAP development including RICEF components (Idocs, Proxy, Adobe forms).
• Solid S/4 HANA experience with CDS views, ODATA services and RAP programming.

Job description

1. 1. Strong core ABAP - RICEF including Idocs/Proxy/adobe forms
2. 2. Strong S/4 HANA with CDS views, ODATA services, RAP programming. (2 years or more)
3. 3. Working experience with RESTful ABAP Model of Development.
4. 4. Working experience in BTP/ABAP on cloud. (2 years or more)
5. 5. Extending standard fiori applications.
6. 6. Hands on expertise in Adobe, API, ABAP on Cloud, Application logs and Audit logs .
7. 7. You have experience in Business Application Studio, Full Stack Web IDE and SAP Business Technology Platform.(Including the following services but not limited to Workflow, Document Mgmt, JAVA Server, Mobile SDK, etc.) Practice modern software engineering including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and releasing.
8. 8. Review and propose solution architectures in Cloud platform.
9. 9. Deployment of Fiori applications on Central Launchpad and other Cloud applications, configuring Fiori launchpad to link custom or extended SAPUI5 applications to Fiori tiles.
10. 10. Develop applications or extend standard applications on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry ABAP environment- RAP Model, creating or using custom CDS Views, developing OData Services for extension solutions
11. 11. UI5 experience - good to have.
