Job summary

Staffing Services seeks an experienced FEA Analyst in Pune to lead structural and thermo-mechanical analyses using Ansys/Abaqus and to validate designs for optimal performance.

You will collaborate with design and manufacturing teams, prepare detailed reports, and support product validation with CAD models from Creo/CATIA as needed. 8–10 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E. or M.E. with FEA specialization required.
• 8–10 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with Ansys/Abaqus and CAD tools for simulation setup.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis including thermo-mechanical, metal forming, and durability studies.
• Execute linear and non-linear structural analysis, vibration analysis, thermal shock, and impact analysis.
• Work on FEA simulations to support product design and validation.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to propose design modifications for improved performance and durability.
• Carry out CAD modeling using Creo or CATIA as required for simulation setup.
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.

• B.E. / Masters in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in FEA Analysis

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced FEA Analyst with a strong background in structural and thermo-mechanical analysis. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in FEA analysis using Ansys, Abaqus, or similar tools, along with sound fundamentals in heat exchangers and sheet metal manufacturing methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis including thermo-mechanical, metal forming, and durability studies.
• Execute linear and non-linear structural analysis, vibration analysis, thermal shock, and impact analysis.
• Work on FEA simulations to support product design and validation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and present results.
