Job summary

Delight HR is seeking a Chartered Accountant for statutory audit assignments in accordance with applicable standards. You will plan, execute, and finalize audits, prepare and review financial statements under Ind AS, and manage consolidation for group entities.

The role also involves MIS reporting, client-ready deliverables in Excel and PowerPoint, and supervising junior staff. You'll liaise with client finance teams and engagement partners to ensure timely completion of assignments, while

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with statutory audit experience and knowledge of Ind AS.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and MIS reports.
• Familiarity with client liaison and deadline-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalise statutory audit assignments in accordance with applicable Standards on Auditing and

Ind AS.

• Prepare and review financial statements (standalone and consolidated) under Ind AS, ensuring compliance and

disclosure accuracy.

• Handle consolidation of accounts for group entities, including SPVs and subsidiaries.
• Prepare and review MIS reports for management and client reporting.
• Prepare client-ready financial statements and audit deliverables in Excel, and presentations/summaries in

PowerPoint.

• Support audit and advisory engagements for clients in the real estate sector.
• Liaise with client finance teams, engagement partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of

assignments.

• Supervise and review the work of article assistants and junior team members.
• Ensure adherence to firm methodology, quality control standards, and regulatory timelines.
