Role Overview
An experienced Chartered Accountant to lead, plan, and execute statutory audit assignments across diverse sectors. The candidate will manage teams, ensure compliance with auditing standards, review audit documentation, and maintain direct client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Statutory Audit Execution: Plan and manage end-to-end statutory audit engagements, evaluating key risks, revenue, provisions, and internal controls.
- Technical Compliance: Ensure complete adherence to Ind AS, Standards on Auditing, Companies Act provisions, and statutory reporting frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor Assistant Managers, Associates, and Article Assistants, providing technical guidance and workload management.
- Client & Quality Management: Act as the direct point of contact for client finance heads/CFOs, review audit files, assess internal financial controls, and participate in audit finalization.
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- Post-CA Experience: Minimum 4 complete years of relevant post-qualification experience after passing the CA exams. (Note: Pre-CA experience, articleship, and training periods will not be counted towards the 4 years).
- Preferred Background: Prior exposure in Big 4 firms, top-tier CA firms, or reputed Audit & Assurance practices.
