Job summary

S&P Global in Hyderabad seeks a DevSecOps Team Lead to advance secure software delivery and platform engineering practices across the organization. About The Role

We are seeking a DevSecOps Team Lead to lead secure software delivery and platform engineering practices across the organization. This role is responsible for advancing CI/CD security, Kubernetes platform controls, artifact management, and automation standards using Kubernetes, JFrog Artifactory, and GitHub Enterprise. The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, hands‑on engineering depth, and the ability to partner across development, platform, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of secure CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps standards.
• Provide technical leadership for Kubernetes security, GitHub Enterprise workflows, and JFrog Artifactory governance.
• Mentor engineers and guide implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable delivery practices.
• Partner with development, platform, and security teams to reduce risk and improve delivery efficiency.
• Drive automation, vulnerability remediation, operational improvements, and platform roadmap priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or security engineering, including lead-level responsibilities.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes, JFrog Artifactory, and GitHub Enterprise.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure automation, container security, and software supply chain practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with policy‑as‑code, secrets management, Terraform, Helm, or similar automation tools.
• Knowledge of SBOM, artifact scanning, compliance controls, and secure engineering standards.
• Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKS, CISSP, Security+, or cloud security certifications.
