Job summary

S&P Global, Inc. is seeking a DevSecOps Team Lead to drive secure software delivery and platform engineering across the organization. You will lead CI/CD security, Kubernetes controls, artifact management, and automation standards using Kubernetes, JFrog Artifactory, and GitHub Enterprise.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with development, platform, and security teams, and shape the platform roadmap while advancing secure delivery practices at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or security engineering, including lead-level responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, JFrog Artifactory, and GitHub Enterprise.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure automation, container security, and software supply chain practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role

Grade Level (for internal use): 10 We are seeking a DevSecOps Team Lead to lead secure software delivery and platform engineering practices across the organization. This role is responsible for advancing CI/CD security, Kubernetes platform controls, artifact management, and automation standards using Kubernetes, JFrog Artifactory, and GitHub Enterprise. The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, hands‑on engineering depth, and the ability to partner across development, platform, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of secure CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps standards.


• Provide technical leadership for Kubernetes security, GitHub Enterprise workflows, and JFrog Artifactory governance.

• Experience with policy‑as‑code, secrets management, Terraform, Helm, or similar automation tools.


• Knowledge of SBOM, artifact scanning, compliance controls, and secure engineering standards.


• Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKS, CISSP, Security+, or cloud security certifications.
