Job summary

Aforeserve in India seeks an IT support professional to provide Level 1 desktop support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and keep end users productive, with a focus on timely fault resolution.

You will configure Outlook, resolve email problems, troubleshoot printers, perform Windows installations and updates, and offer remote support by phone or video, collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
