Tyaani Jewellery by Karan Johar in Mumbai is seeking an Online Sales Executive to drive e-commerce growth across platforms. You will meet monthly targets, manage CRM, and convert inquiries into purchases while elevating brand experience.

The role requires strong communication, CRM experience (Salesforce/Zoho/Freshdesk), and familiarity with luxury jewellery brands. You will monitor online reputation, respond to queries, and work with the team to optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Online Sales.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk, Limechat.
• Jewellery/Luxury brands experience preferred.
• Focus on quick turnaround and target achievement.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly online sales targets and outperform prior performance.
• Handle CRM operations and suggest ways to improve client promise.
• Communicate with customers via webchats, WhatsApp, and email to convert into purchases.
• Manage online brand reputation across social platforms and respond to queries.
• Improve CSAT and NPS by efficient ticket handling and feedback collection.
• Collaborate with team to gather information and close tickets; analyze data.

We are looking for Online Sales Executive in our Organization

Location – Santacruz, Mumbai (6 days a week)

Salary - Upto 8 lpa

• Online Targets - Meeting monthly sales target & outperform him/herself.
• E-Commerce – CRM operational experience with the ability to re-imagine new ways to improve upon the client's promise.
• Able to speak/communicate to customers via brand mediums like webchats, WhatsApp, and email & convert them to purchases.
• Managing the Online Reputation of the brand by answering & solving all consumer queries (Comments & Direct Messages) via platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & so on.
• Focusing on reducing the First Response Time (FRT) along with successfully converting leads via the website or our physical stores.
• Converting maximum abandon cart orders by getting in touch with each client. While doing so, also prepare a list of feedback from such clients to improve the brand experience.
• Responsible for improving the brand CSAT & NPS score.
• Working with the team on getting the right information and closing the tickets accordingly.
• Understanding of analytical and reporting skills.

Skills:

• 3-4 yrs of experience in Online Sales is Mandatory.
• Should have experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk, Limechat or similar ones.
• Ideally should come from jewellery / Luxury brands.
• Focuses on a quick turnaround time for maximum output.
