OneStream Solution Specialist

Qualifications Required:

We are seeking talented individuals with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in the implementation of OneStream solutions. The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in building metadata, business rules, forms, designing cube views, workflow, performing data reconciliation, and creating custom rules and reports within the OneStream platform.
• In-depth understanding of Finance business processes, particularly close and consolidation, and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• Proficiency in programming using VB.Net and/or Python, along with knowledge of Relationship Database Management Systems such as SQL Server.
• Familiarity with cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) market offerings.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple task assignments, and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred:

Applicants with the following preferences will be given priority:

• Experience in end-to-end implementations in OneStream, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the platform.
• Capability to build application models that package specific planning processes, such as Sales forecasting, financial planning and forecasting, workforce planning, etc.
• Expertise in creating Business Rules, including Custom Consolidations, Intercompany eliminations, automating CashFlow, Custom Translations, and Currency Overrides.
• Proven experience in preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials, and administration/procedural guides.
