Brookfield is committed to the development of our people through challenging work assignments and exposure to diverse businesses.**Job Description**Manager**Roles and Responsibility*** Collaborate with our Finance customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using OneStream's functionalities and capabilities to support Brookfield reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.* Design, configure and implement OneStream applications and cubes, integrating various financial and operational systems to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.* Experience with design and build of EPM and reporting solutions from scratch. Must have experience leading full-cycle Onestream implementations.* Experience with .NET/C# and SQL coding. Should be an expert in writing in Onestream Business rules* Proficiency in crafting Planning & Forecasting models at a corporate and individual BU level.* Write complex business rules, calculations, formulas and transformation rules* Build metadata, security groups, forms, workflows, cube views and dashboards, reports, allocations and data integrations* Assist with historical data conversion and reconciliations.* Experience with data integration and reporting tools.* Strong understanding of accounting processes, including but not limited to account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, allocations, top side adjustments, and currency translation.* Develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders**Minimum skills*** OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) Lead Architect is a must* Professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, CMA or equivalent) or B-Tech with 15+ years of experience* 10+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant OneStream and other financial management platforms.Brookfield is committed to maintaining a Positive Work Environment that is safe and respectful; our shared success depends on it.
