We are seeking an experienced finance professional with strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Consolidation, Management Reporting, and Month-End Close processes, coupled with hands-on experience in OneStream. This role requires a deep understanding of finance transformation initiatives and the ability to bridge business requirements with technology solutions to deliver scalable Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Process Expertise

• Lead and support finance transformation initiatives across Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and FP&A processes.
• Drive Group Financial Consolidation, statutory reporting, and management reporting processes.
• Support and optimize Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End Close activities.
• Analyze and improve financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies.
• Partner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into OneStream solutions.

OneStream Solution Delivery

• Design, configure, and implement OneStream applications for financial consolidation, planning, reporting, and analytics.
• Develop and maintain metadata, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and reports within OneStream.
• Support application enhancements, testing, deployments, and production issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate OneStream with ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure best practices are followed in solution design, governance, and performance optimization.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Finance Controllers, FP&A teams, and business leaders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, user training, and knowledge transfer.
• Provide functional guidance and support during implementation and post-go-live phases.

Required Skills & Experience

Finance Domain Expertise

• Strong understanding of:
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Month-End Close Process
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Financial Statements and Management Reporting
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial consolidation concepts.

OneStream Expertise

• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting OneStream applications.
• Experience with OneStream Financial Consolidation, Planning, Reporting, and Workflow.
• Knowledge of OneStream business rules, dashboards, reporting, and data integration is highly preferred.

Experience

• 5-12+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, EPM, or Corporate Finance.
• Experience delivering OneStream implementation or support projects.
• Strong background in financial consolidation and corporate reporting.
• Experience working with global finance teams is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• CA, CMA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• OneStream certification is an added advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable.
