Job summary

Dura Automotive Systems LLC is seeking an experienced OneStream Administrator/Support professional in Hyderabad to manage day-to-day OneStream operations. You will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and IT to ensure data accuracy, GAAP-compliant reporting, and system stability.

Responsibilities include handling support requests, administering dimensions/roles, troubleshooting data loads, and ensuring month-end close readiness.

Qualifications

JOB SCOPE

Supports the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the OneStream CPM platform. Partners closely with Accounting, Finance, and IT to support GAAP-based financial reporting, ensure system stability, data accuracy, and timely resolution of application issues.

Major Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for OneStream-related support requests through the organization's ticketing system. Triage, analyse, and resolve user issues related to data loads, reports, dashboards, workflows, and security. Support GAAP reporting users by resolving issues impacting financial statements and management reporting. Escalate complex issues to senior administrators or external consultants as needed. Track issues through resolution and communicate status clearly to stakeholders.
• Administer and support OneStream applications, including dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, and security. Assist with user access, roles, and profiles to support GAAP reporting requirements. Support chart of accounts, legal entity structures, and reporting rollups used for external and management reporting. Monitor application performance and assist with optimization efforts.
• Support and troubleshoot data loads from ERPs and other source systems into OneStream. Build, maintain, and support Transformation Rules, including mappings, logic, and validations aligned with GAAP reporting. Perform data reconciliations between source systems, OneStream, and GAAP financial statements. Analyse and resolve data load, mapping, and transformation issues.
• Apply a strong understanding of OneStream core functionality, including cubes, workflows, dashboards, and reports. Understand and leverage the OneStream Order of Operations when supporting data loads, consolidations, and calculations. Support GAAP-based consolidation processes, including eliminations, intercompany, and currency translation. Assist with month-end close, forecast, and budget cycles by ensuring system readiness and data accuracy.
• Participate in testing of enhancements, new builds, and patches in non-production environments. Validate system changes to ensure continued alignment with GAAP reporting and internal controls. Document configurations, processes, and recurring issues for audit, SOX, and knowledge-sharing purposes. Follow established change management and SDLC practices.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to support GAAP reporting needs and ongoing system enhancements. Support internal and external audit requests related to OneStream processes and reporting outputs. Apply OneStream best practices and continuously improve system support processes. Continue building OneStream technical and functional expertise through training and hands‑on experience.

• Experience supporting GAAP consolidations, eliminations, and intercompany accounting in OneStream (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with OneStream Transformation Rules and workflows (preferred)
• Exposure to OneStream calculations, business rules, and reporting components (preferred)
• Experience supporting month-end close in a GAAP reporting environment (preferred)
• Exposure to SQL, relational databases, or financial data models (preferred)
• OneStream Administrator or related certification (preferred)
