Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Mumbai is seeking a OneStream developer to design, build, and enhance the OneStream application, focusing on extensibility of business rules, integrations, cube views, dashboards, and workflows to support financial planning and reporting.

The role reports to the Manager, Financial Applications and requires 2+ years of OneStream XF experience, VB.NET proficiency, and strong SQL skills. Hybrid work arrangement with immediate notice period is noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing or developing on OneStream XF or comparable EPM/CPM platforms (Oracle HFM, FCCS, Hyperion).
• Strong proficiency in VB.NET for OneStream Business Rules development.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation, dashboards, and reporting; familiarity with XML is an asset.
• Hands-on experience with Data Management, transformation rules, and source-to-OneStream integrations (e.g., SAP, HFM).
• Experience configuring Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflows, and metadata hierarchies (Entities, Accounts, custom dimensions).
• Exposure to OneStream Marketplace solutions and version migrations is an asset.
• Familiarity with financial close, consolidation, planning, and management reporting processes.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or SSRS is an asset.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with finance and technical stakeholders.

Role Overview
