Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a OneStream Developer to design, develop, and enhance the OneStream platform in a hybrid Mumbai setup. You will focus on business rules, integrations, and dashboards to support financial planning, consolidation, and reporting requirements.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on OneStream XF experience, strong VB.NET, and solid SQL skills; exposure to data management and source-to-OneStream integrations is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience implementing OneStream XF or comparable CPM platforms.
• Strong VB.NET for OneStream business rules development.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation, dashboards, and reporting; XML is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Data Management, transformation rules, and source-to-OneStream integrations (SAP, HFM).

Responsibilities

Resource should have experience on version 9 as well and have a good exposure on dashboarding and extensibility rules.

Experience on integration projects will be additional advantage.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Financial Applications, the Developer, Financial Applications OneStream plays a central role in the design, development, and enhancement of the OneStream application. This role focuses on the technical build and extensibility of the platform, ensuring that business rules, integrations, cube views, workflows, and dashboards remain robust, scalable, and aligned with financial planning, consolidation, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing or developing on OneStream XF or comparable EPM/CPM platforms (Oracle HFM, FCCS, Hyperion).
• Strong proficiency in VB.NET for OneStream Business Rules development.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation, dashboards, and reporting; familiarity with XML is an asset.
• Hands-on experience with Data Management, transformation rules, and source-to-OneStream integrations (e.g., SAP, HFM).
• Experience configuring Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflows, and metadata hierarchies (Entities, Accounts, custom dimensions).
• Exposure to OneStream Marketplace solutions and version migrations is an asset.
• Familiarity with financial close, consolidation, planning, and management reporting processes.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or SSRS is an asset.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with finance and technical stakeholders.
