Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of onboarding for Google in India to provide experience to the new joiners.
• Draw insights from data analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand work problems and program goals and communicate program goals and objectives to stakeholders.
• Navigate a matrixed stakeholder ecosystem to bring radical design ideas to life. Build strong buy-in, facilitate design discussions, and align key decision-makers across teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Lead improvement and change management across the onboarding life-cycle, utilizing feedback and redesign to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and deliver an onboarding experience.

The Google Experience (GX) team supports employees during important milestones. GX partners closely with all parts of Google Human Resources (HR) and provides both scaled and custom support for employees throughout their Google journey.
