The Google Experience (GX) team supports employees during important milestones. GX partners closely with all parts of Google Human Resources (HR) and provides both scaled and custom support for employees throughout their Google journey. Market Human Resources (MHR) within GX provides a structured, location-based approach to managing the operational complexities, onboarding experiences, compliance risks, and cultural nuances specific to the sites and countries where Google operates. Market HR is responsible for leading this momentum from the front by working closely with leaders, upholding the Google culture, representing Google in external forums and ensuring that we do this keeping the highest standards of compliance at the core. As an Onboarding Program Manager, you will partner closely with onboarding advocates, Site Program Managers, People Consultants, and cross-functional Human Resources (HR) teams to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience for new hires in India. The role involves the comprehensive delivery of onboarding to all new employees. Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources").
