Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an Onboarding Analyst / Operations Analyst in Bangalore to ensure client contracts are onboarded, maintained, and audit-ready on our internal platform. You will collaborate with Negotiations, Usage Management and Invoice Reconciliation teams while coordinating with clients for missing documents and approvals.

The role requires a 4–6 year track record, 2–4 years in contract management or procurement operations, and strong MS Excel/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or related field.
• 4–6 years of overall experience, with 2–4 years in contract management, vendor onboarding, procurement operations or similar analyst roles.
• Strong attention to detail & process orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with senior client stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk is a plus.
• Experience with US/UK clients, market data vendors such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, S&P or FactSet, or contract lifecycle management tools.

Responsibilities

• Performing data audits and resolving discrepancies.
