Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage market data requests, orders and lifecycle activities.
• Perform invoice reconciliation and validation.
• Maintain MDM inventory and related tools.
• Handle vendor declarations and compliance activities.
• Prepare reports and track KPIs/SLAs.
• Investigate operational issues and recommend resolutions.
• Act as SME for Market Data Operations processes.
• Train and mentor analysts/new team members.
• Ensure SOP adherence and support process reviews.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.
• Escalate risks, exceptions and complex scenarios proactively.
• Contribute to process improvement and team projects.
• Support stakeholders with market data-related queries.
