Job summary

Dermatouch is seeking an experienced OMS/WMS operations professional to manage end-to-end order processing, allocation, and shipment tracking across channels. You will support platform implementations (Unicommerce, Vinculum) and work closely with warehouse, logistics, and IT teams.

The role requires 1–3 years of OMS/WMS experience, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of e-commerce fulfillment workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing OMS/WMS platforms (Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar).
• Understanding of e-commerce order fulfillment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end OMS/WMS operations — order processing, allocation, and shipment tracking.
• Support implementation and configuration of OMS/WMS platforms (Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar).
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and courier partners for smooth fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory sync and resolve stock discrepancies across channels.
• Troubleshoot OMS/WMS issues like order failures and sync errors.
• Generate reports on fulfillment, RTO, NDR, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with IT/tech teams on upgrades and bug fixes.
