Job summary

Litmus7 Systems Consulting Ltd. seeks a Senior OMS Architect with 10+ years of experience to design and implement enterprise OMS architectures. You will lead integrations across systems, ensure scalable performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust middleware solutions.

Expertise in Spring Boot, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and real-time inventory workflows is essential. Strong communication and leadership skills are required for engagement with senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of OMS experience and enterprise grade Springboot Java Microservices middleware experience.
• Experience with enterprise OMS packages like BY, Fluent, Kibo, Manhattan, etc.
• Architectural excellence in problem solving, functional fit, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of design patterns and decision justification (pros/cons).
• Led or designed overall OMS architecture for a from-scratch project.
• Strong knowledge of OMS capabilities and workflows: STH, SFS, BOPIS, BORIS, 3PL, Drop Ship.
• Deep understanding of inventory workflows and real-time availability publishing to channels (ecommerce, social, POS).
• Expertise in at least one Cloud service (AWS/Azure/GCP) with AWS weightage.
• Knowledge of API concepts and technologies: REST, JSON, GraphQL, Swagger.
• Integrations via APIs with third-party systems (payments, fraud checks).
• Strong knowledge of modern web tech, CI/CD, in-memory/distributed caching (Redis).
• Agile methodology with JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Work as a senior architect to design OMS solutions for enterprise clients.
• Lead end-to-end OMS integration architecture including payment and fraud checks.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of OMS middlewares.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to align architecture with requirements.

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of OMS experience and experience in building enterprise level Springboot Java Microservices middlewares for integrations.
• Should have worked in any of the enterprise grade OMS package solutions like BY, Fluent, Kibo, Manhattan etc.
• Should have showcased Architectural excellence in problem solving, functional fitments, performance tuning.
• Knowledge of design patterns employed, quantification of decisions with pros/cons etc.hold a key factor to the proficiency of knowledge and subject matter expertize.
• Should have done at least one design and implementation of the overall OMS architecture for a from scratch project.
• Should have good knowledge on all the key OMS capabilities and workflows including STH, SFS, BOPIS, BORIS, 3PL, Drop Ship.
• Should have good understanding of the inventory workflows and integrations in OMS to derive real time availability metrices and publishing of the same to channels like ecommerce, social commerce, pos channels etc.
• Expertise in at least one of the Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/GCP) -AWS will have more weightage.
• Should have good knowledge on general cloud services like API Gateways, Serverless Functions, Message Broker services like Event Bus/Event Bridge/Kafka/Kinesis etc.
• Experience in microservices frameworks and development,Java Springboot being the preferred one.
• Good knowledge ofAPI concepts, technologies such as REST, JSON, GraphQL and Swagger.
• Knowledge ofintegrations via API’s and third-party systems (specifically Payment gateway, Fraud check).
• Strong knowledge of latest web technologies, CI/CD concepts etc.
• Good knowledge ofin memory / distributed caching mechanisms like Spring/EhCache or Redis.
• Proficiencyin Agile methodologies and JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge of working in cloud native environments.
• Added advantage if having experience in integration layers like Kafka, Kinesis, payload transformations, adhering to NFRs using the message broker etc.
