Job summary

• Strong expertise in BPMN/BPNM workflow platforms and order management solutions.
• Deep understanding of order orchestration, lifecycle management, and fallout handling.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, middleware integrations, and backend communication patterns.
• Good understanding of telecom BSS systems including CRM, product catalog, and provisioning.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for workflow-driven application development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement telecom order management workflows using BPMN/BPNM platforms.
• Develop and configure complex order orchestration logic across distributed systems.
• Build and enhance workflow-based applications supporting complete order lifecycle management.
• Configure order flows involving validation, decomposition, orchestration, and execution.
• Integrate OM systems with CRM, catalog, provisioning, and other downstream systems.
• Develop and manage REST APIs and middleware integrations within the BSS ecosystem.
• Monitor workflow performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize high-volume processing.
