Job summary

HypTechie is seeking an Okta IAM Architect/Lead to drive enterprise identity and access initiatives. You will design Okta-based IAM solutions, integrate with on-prem and cloud apps, and implement SSO, MFA, and RBAC to strengthen security across the organization.

The role requires deep Okta expertise, governance of IAM standards, and leadership in migration from legacy systems, with a hands-on approach to automation and cloud integration.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud.
• IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, User Lifecycle Management.
• Integration protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC.
• Cloud architecture knowledge.
• Automation & scripting (Terraform preferred).
• Security & compliance knowledge (GDPR, SOC2).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of Okta-based IAM solutions.
