Job summary

Trantor in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Okta IAM Engineer to design and implement enterprise authentication solutions. You will integrate Okta and other IdPs, configure flows and lifecycle, and develop secure APIs using Java or .NET.

You'll collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams, automate IAM deployments, support CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to release planning while upholding security best practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building enterprise IAM and authentication solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Okta, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSO, and identity federation.
• Experience integrating applications with Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, Ping Identity.
• Proficient in Java and/or .NET development.

We are looking for an experiencedOkta Engineer / IAM Engineerwith 59 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, application security, and enterprise authentication solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inOkta, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SSO, and identity federation,along with application development experience usingJava, Spring Boot, and/or .NET.

Experience with multiple Identity Providers such asOkta, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, and Ping Identityis highly desirable. The candidate should also have good exposure toDevOps, CI/CD, deployment, and release management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support enterpriseIAM and authentication solutionsusing Okta and other Identity Providers.
• Integrate enterprise applications withOkta, Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, and Ping Identity.
• Develop and integrate secure applications and APIs usingJava, Spring Boot, and/or .NET.

• Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, SSO, token, federation, and IAM integration issues.
• Work closely with application, security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
• Automate IAM configuration, deployments, and operational processes.
• SupportCI/CD pipelines, environment promotion, deployments, and release activities.
• Participate in release planning, change management, production implementation, and post-release validation.
• Support production issues and perform root-cause analysis for IAM-related incidents.
• Create technical documentation, integration guides, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Ensure solutions follow enterprise security and IAM best practices.
